If you're gathering with family this weekend, ditch the onion dip and snack on hummus or other bean dips instead. Beans are a key part of the memory-protecting MIND diet. They're a solid source of protein, they're loaded with heart-healthy fiber, and contain brain-healthy B-vitamins.

Enjoy our recipe for Roasted Vegetable Hummus. It makes a great holiday dip and can also swap in for mayonnaise when you're making turkey sandwiches next week. 🥪
