This includes health, movement, relationships and productivity. As a manual osteopath, Steph can physically realign the body in ways we can’t do ourselves. This removes previous physical limitations and has a tremendous emotionally uplifting consequence. Complete wellbeing and pain free state ensues. Techniques include: myofascial release, mobilzation, stretching, SCS, cranial osteopathy, trigger point release, OMT. Her mission is to spread the latest research and science in health. With her knowledge, training, and creativity, Steph creates individualized nutrition plans and workouts, as well as manual therapy sessions, designed to help anyone reach their goals; be it to lose weight, become healthier, move more easily, sleep better, or train for specific events. When Steph isn’t busy coaching or doing bodywork, or learning about the latest concepts in healthy living, she shares her tools by writing and lecturing on how to live without fear and continuous boundless energy.
