Honestly I was a little skeptical about the vegan part - but the flavors were incredible! And without the "fake meat".

Growing up we used to go around the Thanksgiving table for each person to say what they're grateful for. Research from UC Davis shows there's good reason to embrace that practice.

Expressing gratitude can:
- decreased depression
- reduce anxiety and job-related stress
- increase satisfaction and vitality
- improve sleep

The best-documented and simplest way to reap these benefits is to write in a Gratitude Journal. Yet I was curious to find that a few studies show no benefit from it.

I dove into the research to find best practices. And some of them will surprise you!
