The days may feel long, but the years fly by. ✨
As we close out 2024 and look ahead to 2025, we’re reflecting on a year of progress, growth, and connection—made possible by your incredible support.
🌟 This year, our new Youth Empowerment Program provided 22 young adults with opportunities they didn’t know existed, placing 18 into permanent housing, with 15 now enrolled in college.
🌟 From Spring Street Shelter to permanent supportive housing, we’ve helped thousands of San Mateo County residents rediscover a sense of self, community, and belonging.
🌟 Joyful events returned, like our Annual Picnic, Giants baseball outings, and this month’s Holiday Celebration, where more than 200 clients shared in dancing, gifts, and festive cheer.
To those who’ve supported our mission, thank you for making this possible. If you haven’t yet had the chance, we hope you’ll consider giving to help even more individuals find their new homes and a fresh start in 2025.
Wishing you a safe, joyful holiday season and a bright new year! 💚
