Congratulations to Desiree Otto. She is our new Social Service Director and also our September Employee of the Month. Desiree has been with River Valley since June 23, 2025. Desiree is an amazing advocate for staff and residents and is always helping out with everything whenever she is able. You will always see her with a smile on her face. When asked what her favorite part of working at River Valley she stated "The small community, being in a role to enhance the quality of life for residents, support families and empower staff to be their best. In her spare time, she loves to laugh, be out in the nature, trying new restaurants, and of course napping. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication
