🔥✨ Infrared Sauna Update ✨🔥

As part of simplifying and realigning my work life, I want to share an update about the infrared sauna at my office.

After February, I will no longer be offering infrared sauna sessions at Jade Healing Arts. Because of this, I will also no longer be selling sauna punch cards effective immediately.

If you currently have a punch card, please plan to use all remaining sessions by the end of February. Sauna sessions can continue to be booked through my online scheduling system, and I will also be reaching out personally via Messenger to anyone with an active punch card.

Thank you so much to everyone who has shared space, warmth, and healing in this amazing sauna. I’m incredibly grateful it could be part of my offerings, even if just for a season. 🤍

As this year comes to a close, I just want to pause and say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who walked through my door, trusted me with their body, and supported my small business in any way. Jade Healing Arts exists because of you, and I’m so deeply grateful for this community.

This year also included a season with the Blue Heron Collective. I’m thankful for the women who showed up and gave it their best. Not all things are meant to last forever—some chapters are short but bring big lessons and clarity.

As I look toward the new year, my intention is simplifying—letting go of the extra and focusing on what I do best: massage. I’m also leaning into the areas that feel harder for me, especially budgeting and my finances, knowing that growth lives there.

Ending this year with gratitude and trust in what’s ahead 🤍
