Happy Monday!!! The weather is warming up, and although I wish it were spring, I am aware that we likely have more cold weather ahead. This time of year marks one of my slower periods, as many of my clients leave the state for the winter. However, I would like to remind everyone that as spring and summer approach, my schedule tends to fill up. Consequently, it becomes more challenging to accommodate last-minute appointments or rearrangements. Therefore, please ensure you plan ahead if you require an appointment at a specific time of day or for a special event. Now, take advantage of the beautiful weather while it lasts.

I am approaching the one year anniversary of my move to a new space, and I often receive questions such as: Are you pleased with your decision to relocate? Don't you feel isolated? I thought you were reducing your workload? My responses are: Yes, I am glad I made the decision to downsize and occupy my own space. No, I do not experience loneliness as my schedule is consistently filled with client visits. Moreover, while I am making efforts to take better care of myself, I wouldn't describe it as cutting back; instead, I'm working towards establishing a normal schedule that avoids overwork and burnout.
 With that being said stay tuned for some upcoming specials in the month of March to celebrate my one year mark.
