It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of Sarah Jones, PA-C, from Dunes Family Health Care. After serving our community with dedication and compassion, Sarah has made the difficult decision to relocate. While we are saddened to see Sarah leave, we understand and support her decision.

Sarah has been an integral part of our clinic, providing exceptional care to her patients and making a positive impact on their lives. Her expertise, kindness, and commitment to patient well-being will be greatly missed. We are immensely grateful for her contributions and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

"It is with a heavy heart that I announce my departure from Dunes Family Clinic and the Reedsport community. The decision has been made to relocate to address the present needs of our family.

I am grateful to all who have entrusted me with your care and the care of your loved ones. Serving as part of your healthcare team has been an honor and privilege. I have felt supported and welcomed by this community, especially by the Lower Umpqua Hospital District team. This experience has reinforced in me how vital access to healthcare is in a small community."

For Sarah's patients, we want to assure you that you will be directly contacted, and provided information about the transition process. Rest assured that we are actively working to ensure a smooth transition for your ongoing care. A new healthcare provider will be assigned to you, and you will be promptly notified of the change. Our priority is to ensure continuity of care and to maintain the high standard of service you have come to expect from our clinic.

Welcome Dr. Chidimma Abanulo to Reedsport Medical Clinic!

Welcome Dr. Chidimma Abanulo!

Dr. Abanulo completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Duke University, and went on to obtain her Medical Degree at Medical College of Georgia. in 2014 she completed her OB/Gyn residency at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

In 2018, Dr. Abanulo moved to Portland, OR and began her employment at Women's Healthcare Associates, where she served as one of two fellowship trained Urogynecologists in the large practice. In addition to seeing patients she spent five years providing education and training to fellow providers and support staff, in order to build a more robust Urogynecology program for the patients in the community.

Dr. Abanulo brings years of experience and is passionate about health and wellness. She is eager to build relationships with patients and make a difference in the Reedsport community.
