Monday Dec 22 Update. PC3 in Reform will be open but we have been notified that we will not have water for part of the day due to a scheduled repair. We do not know what hours as the subcontractor has not given a work window. During that time, we will be limited in procedure and treatment options. We are hopeful this repair will be lasting. 🙏💦

Preparing for 2026! We thank ALL of our patients and clients for a great 2025! Our Quality numbers continue to increase and we received a national award for Blood Pressure Control!!! Congratulations to YOU our patients who followed recommendations, worked on lifestyle changes and took medications to get YOUR blood pressure controlled.

We have regular office hours this week. Christmas Week we will be open Monday & Tuesday (Dec 22 & 23) regular hours. We will be closed Dec 24-26 and will reopen Monday, Dec 29 and will have regular hours Dec 29 & 30 and on Wednesday Dec 31st we will close at noon.

In 2026, we will be open Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30. On Fridays, we will be open for LAB ONLY encounters and will have a CRNP or MD available for phone or telehealth visits. IF you have been a Friday only appointment patient, you will need to contact our office to find a new schedule. SMART Clinics will continue to follow routine school hours Monday-Friday and we can see you there for walk-in needs on Fridays in 2026.

Please also follow our Pickens County SMART Clinic page for hours and timely updates. Illuminate Skin & Wellness Studio will continue with Tuesday and Thursday appointments.

12/1/25 noon update. We do not have any water at our main clinic. We cannot do any procedures or injections/shots at this time. We have been told the water should be back on by 4pm. We apologize for any inconvenience but safety is our priority for you and our staff.

Edited: Our Main clinic is open tomorrow without changes. The SMART clinics at RES & PCHS will be closed on Monday Dec 1. Staff will be calling you tomorrow to get your appointments rescheduled.

Classes will resume on Tuesday!

At PC3, we award employees each quarter based on our Core Values. We also have an Oak Award given each quarter to someone who coworkers have nominated that meet all core values that quarter. This is confirmed by our lead team and presented at our quarterly All Staff Meeting. Congratulations to our First Oak Award winner Lindsey James Bradshaw!

Lindsey has been employed for over a year and manages our faxes and medical records by performing medical record requests, filing, and coordinating release of information requests. Her commitment to excellence, teamwork, integrity, and compassion sets a strong example for others and contributes greatly to our culture and success.

PC3/SMART has the privilege of working with some of The Best Nurse Practitioners around. They are an easy group to Celebrate! Happy Nurse Practitioners Week to you all! We hope you all enjoy your gifts! Thank you for ALL you do for our patients and our staff! It’s taken us a few days to get to all the clinics to deliver presents 🎉🎉🎉 Enjoy!
