I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to the staff at Quality Healthcare who have helped me immensely since I arrived from Miami six months ago to temporarily care for my mother, who is living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.From the beginning, Ms. Ramos in the intake department assured me that they would “have my back” throughout this difficult and often overwhelming process-and she truly meant it.
