For those who have joined me the last two times, you know this is a deep immersion. It’s essentially a group version of my Signature Private Offering—a chance for us to clear the slate for the new month together.

Looking to slow down in a fast-paced world? Unlike your typical flow, Yin Yoga is the "quiet practice" your nervous system has been craving.

Instead of moving through poses quickly, we hold floor-based shapes for 3–5 minutes. This isn't about working your muscles—it’s about targeting the deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints) to increase flexibility and energy flow.

✨ As this nine-year cycle comes to a close and we move through the 111 date of year, there’s a palpable sense of completion in the air.

Tomorrow begins a Year One — a fresh chapter, a recalibration, a remembering.

So much feels like it’s shifting right now. Individually and collectively, we’re being invited into a more holistic way of living and healing — one that honors the nervous system, the subtle body, the cycles of rest, and the wisdom we already carry.
