About the teacher...
Andrea Winward Kennedy has been teaching yoga in Lewes, Delaware, since 1993. Before finding yoga, Andrea was a trained ballet dancer from Wilmington, Delaware. Twenty years of dance led to acute sciatica & severe neck immobility. She found yoga and experienced healing. Her practice became her passion. Today Andrea enjoys making yoga accessible for all bodies. She teaches the importance of spinal alignment for over all health of the body and mind, as well as, the healing power of relaxation, gratitude & meditation.
