Join me for a weekly yoga adventure that will enrich the parent-child yoga experience while partaking in a fun and playful yoga journey. Partner with your child in simple animated poses, games, music, literacy and breathing exercises that help improve focus, strengthen coordination and build body awareness as your child discovers the joy of yoga.

I have been an early childhood educator, Parent-Child teacher, EC Director and Curriculum Specialist. I have a Masters in Infant/Young Child Mental Health. I trained with Karma Kids in NYC and am certified as a children's yoga instructor. I have taught Parent-Tot yoga at the YMCA in Rehoboth Beach.
