This work is like walking into a cave —
Excited.
Terrified.
Unsure of what you’ll find…
But knowing, deep down, that who you are on the other side will never be the same.

Why do I speak about integration and embodiment so often?
Because this isn’t surface-level work.
This isn’t mindset hacks or “just think positive” nonsense.

Integration is the medicine I face again and again.
It’s the place where pain and sorrow alchemize into liberation, into joy.
Not because I force it.
Not because I perform it.
Because I allow myself to live it.

Embodiment is slow.
Deliberate.
Messy.
It pulls you back from the noise of the world and roots you into something deeper:
Your truth.
Your body’s wisdom.
Your medicine.

Ease, joy, fun, love —
These aren’t things you chase.

Sometimes it looks like sitting with the ache.
Letting grief move without rushing it.
Letting joy rise without guilt.
Letting the nervous system catch up to the soul.

The Seer Fire has burned its course.
The circle is closed—not as an ending, but as a seal.
Each voice heard. Each message received.
Each ember placed in the hands of its rightful keeper.

The Seer Fire is not a performance.
It is a remembering.

A sacred circle of those who walk with the courage

I was taught to fear chaos because it always meant something would fall apart.
Finances. Stability. Safety.
When things got emotional, things got dangerous.

I was taught that love was earned by caretaking.
That my needs were too loud.
That silence was safer than truth.

But these teachings didn’t just come from one place.

They came from a thousand subtle moments
From family, teachers, friends, media, religion, culture.
From systems that taught us to suppress, to obey, to perform in order to belong.

And beneath it all…
Was the silence of our ancestors.
The ones who weren’t allowed to speak their grief, their truth, their rage, or their dreams.
The ones who stayed quiet because they had to survive.

That silence didn’t disappear.
It rolled forward—generation after generation

Until it landed in our bodies.
As guilt.
As overgiving.
As the fear of being “too much.”
As the need to be good in order to be loved.

For a long time, I thought it was my job to fix it.

To carry what was never mine.

To hold everyone else’s pain just to feel worthy.

But I’ve come to learn:

🌿 I am not here to turn pain into performance.
🌿 I am not here to be the bridge between other people’s unspoken truths.

I am here to listen—to what wasn’t said.

Working from the heart

At Mind Body Spirit Mapping we are dedicated to encouraging others to find their center and move towards it. “Each person has their own unique story, path, and way to their center; it is my job to be a competent guide as we highlight the light that has been inside all along.” says Sarah, Owner, Author, and Shamanic Lightworker at Mind Body Spirit Mapping.

Through years of working with the public, Sarah found patterns in the thoughts and emotions of clients and loved ones. Determined to figure out the simplest way possible to explain and encourage other to seek out their inner calling she in turn found hers. Sarah found her path into shamanic teachings, one of earth medicine that encompassed the reconnect of mind, body, spirit, and soul.

It does not matter where you are on your journey, what matters is your choice to move forward and find what calls you. “Our world is changing rapidly and the call for your inner truth is calling from within.” Sarah continues “you do not need to place a label on it nor should you feel you have to completely explain it either. It is a process I call Mind Spirit Mapping; a unique space for you to unravel, become one within a moment in time, and expand on it each day.”
