You know the feeling.
It starts as confusion — not the kind that asks a question, the kind that rips you at your seams. Your nervous system has been on fire all day and then something else comes in — another notification, another conversation, another demand from the world — and it feels like a lightning strike on already scorched ground.
Your bones go tired. Your feet start to ache. You can’t do anything else but sit down and try to catch your breath.
We tell ourselves it’s the coffee. Or the sleep. Or not enough water. We reach for the practical explanation because the real one feels too vast to name.
But here’s what I know from years of walking between worlds:
The spirit world has far more population than we do.
And right now — at this particular threshold, this particular turning of the wheel — it is extraordinarily active. The ancestral field is dense with movement. With communication. With what wants to pass through the living into form.
And we are out here chasing stimuli.
Looking up when the wisdom only lives below. Scattering ourselves across terrain so wide and so fractured that we can’t easily find where all the pieces went.
