After careful consideration and review of remaining schedules, the decision has been made for all clinics to remain closed today.

Winter Storm Fern did not not disappoint! We have seen significant snowfall across all the communities we serve!

All clinics are affected by this storm and are either opening later today (11am or later) or won't open at all due to the snowfall and cleanup efforts. Each clinic will vary.

Every patient that was on the schedule today has been contacted.

Please reach out to your office with any questions or concerns.

Clinic managers are still checking voicemails and messages that come through. Any prospective patients looking to set up new cases can still do so by selecting option"1."

The clinics have been buzzing with all of the excitement coming this Sunday!

As of now, all clinics will have a DELAYED opening on Monday January 26th.

If you have an appointment Monday morning before 10am, you should have received a call or text from your office informing you that it has been cancelled.

Decisions for the rest of the day are still pending.

Our top priority is ALWAYS to keep patients and our employees safe! If you do not wish to travel in the snow for safety reasons, there is never a penalty for cancelling - please communicate with your therapist and front desk staff.

We have been fielding a lot of questions about the new phone tree recording when you call the office.

Most importantly, the same friendly faces that you are used to seeing are the ones answering the phones.

NEW patients with new referrals that are calling to schedule a new case should press “1” and they will speak with Stacy, our New Patient Intake Coordinator” in the “purple room.”

Current patients with any questions or concerns should press “7” and you will be directed to Diane or Elissa. Occasionally one of the PTs may answer the phone if they are not currently seeing a patient.

Rest assured that nothing is changing. We appreciate your understanding as we adopt this new phone system.
