A little louder, for the people in the back -- grains do not contain taurine! Taurine is found in meat! So if your veterinarian is telling you to add grains to your fresh food diet, please share this info with them! The sound bath was AH-MAZING!
Join us in September 10th for a wonderful night of relaxation and healing.

What is a sound bath?
An immersive event of sound where the vibrations of the crystal bowls resonate through us to nourish us.

What do I need to do?
Come open to what the universe would like to give; and be ready to relax.

Some people feel relaxed; some sleep. That’s ok! Some close their eyes, some watch nature or the bowls being played.

Bring a chair, or a blanket to lie down on.
Bring water (stay hydrated)
Bring a blanket to cover up with, relaxing lowers your body temperature.
Bring a pillow, a knee roll, a neck roll- whatever you need to be comfortable.

The weather for tomorrow’s sound bath looks amazing! The rain is coming through today, so everything will be happy, watered and the soft grass is ready for our outside event.
