Our Have a Heart Wellness Fair at The Landings of Rockingham was a great success!

We enjoyed interactive cooking demos, refreshing smoothie demonstrations, energizing chair Tai Chi exercise demos, important balance checks, and meaningful grief counseling resources.

Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and supported this wonderful event. It was truly a great day focused on healthy hearts and healthy living! 💖

We are so excited to be starting back our monthly Lunch Outings! 🍽️
Today, our residents enjoyed getting out and about with a wonderful lunch at Mayflower. There’s nothing like sharing good food, great conversation, and even better company outside of our community walls.
These outings give our residents a chance to enjoy a change of scenery, stay socially engaged, and create special memories together. We’re looking forward to many more delicious adventures ahead! 💛
