RCS asks all parents of students within the district to please look at this Health Assessment and Immunization reminder for the deadlines that may affect your children. Please make plans for your student to obtain the required immunizations and/or health assessment by contacting their healthcare provider, the Rockingham County Health Department, or the Student Health Centers (traditional high schools only). Please plan to discuss at your visit other recommended immunizations and screenings that may benefit your student. Once documents are completed, please submit them to your school nurse. Failure to submit the requirements by the deadline date requires student exclusion until documents are on file, per NC G.S. 130A-155. For questions, please contact your school nurse.
