Our office remains closed to patients and staff during our recent flood at the MOB office building that Main Street Gastro works at. We are seeing patients at 233 Gilmer Street during this time. Please be patient with our staff as they are calling, messaging, and using Mychart to let you know we are still seeing you just another location. We have signage posted to also help direct you. Our goal is patient care. To take the best care we can of you our patients. Your care is our priority. Just keep in mind our normal routine and loss of equipment has been a very stressful time for our staff but they are here for you. Kindness goes a long way for all of us as we navigate in this displacement and working in an office that is already busy and small with extra workers. Our parking is very limited. Our GI family is here to take care of you during this time as usual. We hope to be back next 9-10 days in our normal location with still some work to be done but safe for all of us. Thank you.

On Thursday February 20 our offices at Main and Gilmer will open st 10:00 AM for the safety of our patients and staff. There is always an option to delay further in day or close. If you have an appointment at either office please call ahead to make sure we are in operation after 10:00 AM.

The offices at Main Street and Gilmer Street will open at 10:00 AM on Monday January 13 with patients starting at 10:30AM. Situations like this makes the reason for MyChart and current phone numbers and setup mailboxes even more important. All patients with exception of 2 with disconnected phones and /or unset up mailboxes have been contacted. Please call ahead to see if your appointment has been rescheduled or needs to be rescheduled in the morning. Thank uou

The offices at Rockingham GI at both Gilmer and Main will open at 10:00 AM. Patients were called and left messages unless you had full mailboxes or you were sent a MyChart message. Please again call before coming out to your early office appointment. The weather conditions are to improve and should make traveling in safer for both staff and patients at that time. Please use your best judgement . If you need to reschedule, please give the offices a call and be patient as the phones will be busy this morning.
