With a career that began in 1991, I have spent decades honing my skills “behind the chair” in the beauty industry, where I built lasting relationships through attentive listening and genuine client support. This foundation shaped my passion for service and personal connection early on.
My expertise has taken me beyond the salon to notable industry experiences, including working backstage at Fashion Week at Bryant Park in New York City. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with a team who collaborated with renowned designers such as Y & Kei, G-Star, and Vivienne Tam, further expanding my creativity and exposure to high-level fashion and styling.
My career evolved as I became an educator for the Aveda brand, an experience that strengthened my confidence and allowed me to inspire and mentor others within the cosmetology field. From there, I moved into leadership and recruitment roles, where I discovered a deep passion for developing talent, supporting teams, and helping businesses grow.
In addition to my work in education and recruitment, I have had the opportunity to speak at business expos, where I advocate for and support local small businesses. I am deeply committed to the success of our local business community and take pride in contributing to its growth and sustainability.
Throughout my professional journey—including my work in healthcare as a Patient Experience Manager—I have remained focused on professionalism and customer service excellence.
