I help teens and adults who feel used, abused, neglected, or rejected. I specialize in helping people who have experienced abuse-related trauma or who feel different for other reasons. I enjoy helping my clients transform from surviving to thriving, meaning that I help them reclaim their power and help them have satisfying relationships with themselves and others. I also facilitate workshops for and give lectures to various populations (e.g. other mental health professionals and students).

I attended a lovely full moon ceremony facilitated by my friend . We created a shared altar, where we used items from nature to put our intentions and prayers on it. It was a love-filled space. Hopefully our shared love will contribute to collective and personal healing.

I was excited to learn a few days ago that I won a giveaway from ! It’s their 20th anniversary this year, and they have been doing a bunch of giveaways in celebration of it. I won 6 bags of their limited pistachio royale (inspired by dubai chocolate) flavor. I have yet to try it but have never had a flavor of theirs disappoint so anticipate it will be delicious!
