☯️Starting off with a little mental/emotional house cleaning☯️
Diet, exercise, and peace of mind play an important roll in our physical and mental well being. Stress and worry is detrimental to good health.
Over the past several years technology has been a blessing and a curse providing us with news/coverage of events sometimes as they unfold. This information can be used to either enlighten/educate or confuse/manipulate.
Our society here in the US has grown accustomed to a relatively comfortable existence. The pandemic’s sickness, death, isolation, restrictions, and rationing has taken a toll on society and resulted in some people lashing out/responding poorly. Rampant unfounded news reporting along with unethical social media formats with hidden agendas have resulted in conspiracy theories and falsehoods that were adopted by disgruntled people, causing family members and friends to be pitted against one another.
Hot topics like the pandemic, vaccines, and politics are continuing points of disagreement. If you are in a relationship with someone who is combative over political, medical, religious points of view and refuses to agree that it is okay to disagree on a subject for the sake of keeping your relationship intact than it might be wise for you to distance yourself from that individual, at least temporarily. Remember - Loving someone does not require you to jeopardize your mental/physical welfare.
