I have to share this with everyone struggling with chronic pain, autoimmune disorders and so much more.
As an alternative healer I am constantly seeking ways to heal. My most recent on-going studies in Acutonics (I am an Acutonics Practitioner) I have been introduced to amazing work done with 40hz click train.
Gonna get a little nerdy here, bear with me. I am not a doctor nor do I have extensive training like they do, but here is what I have learned through my studies:
Fibromyalgia, Dementia, Parkinson's & so many horrible Autoimmune disorders are caused by nerve ending 'shorts', if you will, in our brains due to calcification of the nerve endings. There are countless studies by MIT, many doctors and universities that have concluded that the light flashes/vibration/sound at 40HZ click-train breaks down this calcification and starts the nerve endings communicating with one another again.
Very important: there is 40HZ tone and 40HZ click-train. If you listen to 40HZ and it is very quiet, hard to hear, it is 40HZ tone, the wrong one. If it is an annoying buzzing noise, that's the right one, the 40HZ click-train.
Again, I am not a doctor and have no 'Western Medicine' training. I am explaining this very simply. Here are some great links.

Here is a great link for the real 40Hz click-train. It is recommended listening to this for 30 minutes a day.
