Behind the scenes of my morning routine... āļø
People often ask me what I eat for breakfast or how I start my day. But here's the thing - it's not about the perfect routine or the right foods.
It's about the relationship I have with myself in these quiet moments.
This morning I woke up and instead of immediately checking my phone (old pattern), I put my hand on my heart and asked: "How do I want to feel today?"
The answer: Grounded. Present. Connected. Spacious.
From that place, everything else flows. The movement my body craves. The foods that will nourish me. The way I want to show up for my daughter and my clients. The quality time I prioritize with me, my puppy, and my tea.
This is what I mean by "relationship-based change." It's not about perfect habits - it's about conscious connection with yourself.
Your body knows what it needs. Your heart knows what matters. Your soul knows who you're meant to be.
