Sometimes the hardest part of growth is letting go. Like the trees in fall, we can release what no longer serves us and trust that new seasons will bring renewal. 🍂

Letting go is not about forgetting or giving up. It’s about giving yourself permission to move forward with a little more lightness and a little more hope.

“Healing is a journey—one that begins with the courageous choice to reach out. Acknowledging that we need support is not a weakness; it is a profound act of self-awareness and strength. Emotional healing often requires us to slow down, gently explore our inner world, and hold space for the parts of ourselves that are hurting. This process takes time, vulnerability, and deep self-compassion.

As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you—offering presence, care, and respect, no matter where you are on your path. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is always client-centered, with a focus on empowering you to connect with your inner wisdom and move toward a life that feels more free, grounded, and whole.

Since 2011, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate a wide range of emotional and behavioral health challenges. I specialize in addiction recovery, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and more. I work with adults and couples, using an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and inner-child healing work. I also have formal training in Written Exposure Therapy for trauma.

For those who are seeking a spiritually integrated approach, I offer Christian counseling upon request, with a focus on biblical inner healing.

Healing is not something you have to do alone. Whether you're navigating pain from the past or facing present-day challenges, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a path forward that honors your story and supports your transformation—body, mind, and spirit.”

September holds both change and awareness. 🌿 In honor of Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, our latest blog offers small ways to ground yourself and support others through this season. 💛

September can feel like a month of transition. The long days of summer start to fade, kids are back in school, and routines become a little more structured. For some, this shift feels grounding, but for others, it can stir up stress, sadness, or even a sense of loss for the slower pace of summer.Thi...

Everyone deserves to have a safe, private, warm, and objective space for professional support with managing life’s challenges. Having 15 years of experience working with youth, adults, couples, families, and seniors in wilderness-based, residential, medical, private, nonprofit, and public agencies prepares me to create a dynamic healing space to work collaboratively with you. I also bring over 15 years of experience teaching, training, and consulting on evidence-based practices that promote wellness. I provide a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, eclectic, holistic, approach to therapy. By integrating MI, CBT, ACT, Polyvagal theory, emotional intelligence, transpersonal psychology, mindfulness, systems theory, and experiential activities, we can find the right modality to fit your needs. I also offer HeartMath based biofeedback to improve emotional regulation and enhance mental and physical ability.

I provide a multicultural lens for individual counseling, family counseling and Gottman method pre-marital and couples’ counseling. I specialize in working with anxiety, grief, mood disorders, substance use disorders, crisis intervention, trauma, stress, life transitions, insomnia, health coaching, career related challenges, relational and family concerns with people across all spectrums of human diversity. I bring depth and breadth of knowledge and experience with local and national resources to amplify health, unbound self-growth, and wellness.

Live music, traveling, sports, and spending time outside with others are my favorite pastimes. I operate a greenhouse and aquaponic system that produces food year-round while starting and finishing each day practicing permaculture.

Just because school is starting and Halloween decorations are popping up doesn’t mean summer is over.
This time of year can bring burnout, pressure, and that strange end-of-summer feeling that’s hard to name.

You’re allowed to slow down. You’re allowed to feel tired. You’re allowed to still be in summer mode, even if the world is already moving on. Check our latest blog post to learn more ➡️

August often moves quickly, and it’s easy to feel like you should have done more or feel more ready for fall. But maybe this is the moment to slow down instead.
