This past Saturday, we hosted a Car Seat Safety Installation & Checkpoint in partnership with Health, serving approximately 20 vehicles and supporting safer travel for families in our community.

We were pleased to provide swag bags to attendees with information about Vitality's mental health services and food and refreshments for the installers who dedicated their time and expertise.

Special thanks to Nellie, Community Outreach Coordinator at REMSA, for her leadership in organizing a seamless and impactful event.

Women carry a lot, often silently.

Caregiving. Grief. Anxiety. Hormonal changes. Relationship stress. Burnout.

This Women’s History Month, we want women to know: support exists, and it’s okay to reach for it.

At Vitality Unlimited, we provide compassionate care for mental health and substance use challenges because your well-being matters too.

We had a great time last week at the Spring into Health Silver Summit Resource Fairs in Fernley and Carson City!

From a dancing Easter bunny 🐰 to balloon artists, food, and raffles, these events were such a fun way to connect with families and share resources from Vitality Unlimited.

Our favorite moment?
Our “Egg-spress Yourself” game.🐣
Kids picked eggs with fun prompts like:
“Show me your silliest dance!” and
“Hop like a bunny 3 times!”

Lots of laughs, lots of smiles, and lots of great conversations💛.

Vitality Unlimited’s Reno CCBHC Program Director, Heather Eaton and Partnership Development Specialist, Katie Welsh, had such a great visit with the team at as they explored opportunities on future projects together.

During their tour, they got a closer look at PBS Reno’s incredible focus on education, from an interactive learning table to shelves filled with thoughtfully selected books organized by grade level, and dozens of bins packed with ready-to-use lesson plans.

And of course, they met a few familiar friends along the way… including Grover, Daniel Tiger, and PBS Reno staff members busy helping film birthday wishes for PBS Kids members.

A big thank you to Connie Wray and Samantha Eigenman for the warm welcome and behind-the-scenes look.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and the opportunity to collaborate in ways that support our community.

We’re proud to share that our Reno CCBHC Program Coordinator, Heather Eaton, was invited to serve as a panelist at last Thursday’s Washoe Behavioral Health Crisis Training.

This training brought together providers from across the region to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, and ensure alignment in how crisis services are delivered throughout our community.

At Vitality Unlimited, all of our mental health clinics are equipped to provide 24/7 crisis services.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our locations:

March is National Social Work Month, and we’re proud to celebrate the incredible Clinical Social Workers (CSWs) on our team. 💙

Many people don’t realize that social workers are also mental health therapists. In addition to advocating for clients and connecting people to resources, CSWs are trained to provide therapy and support individuals and families through mental health challenges, trauma, life transitions, and recovery.

Their work is rooted in compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to meeting people where they are.

At Vitality Unlimited, our clinical social workers play a vital role in helping our community access meaningful, high-quality mental health care.

✨ Meet the amazing team behind the work.
