Say hello to our newest provider Evan Fox, ACNPC-AG.

Evan is an ANCC board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in critical care, end-of-life medicine, and integrative health. A lifelong Nevadan, Evan earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno. His clinical journey began in the intensive care unit, where he spent six years as a bedside RN before advancing into his role as an APRN.

Over the past four years, Evan has served as a nurse practitioner in diverse settings including ICU, skilled nursing, and hospice care—most recently at a Level II trauma center. These experiences deepened his understanding of acute and chronic illness, but also exposed a sobering reality: too often, interventions came only after health had already declined. Motivated by a desire to impact lives earlier and more meaningfully, Evan shifted his focus toward preventative and hormone-based medicine.

With a passion for root-cause healing and a personal connection to hormonal health, Evan now applies a comprehensive, data-driven approach to patient care. He believes in optimizing wellness through personalized protocols that blend conventional medicine with integrative strategies—empowering patients to live with energy, clarity, and purpose.

Outside of medicine, Evan is a devoted husband and father. He’s been married for over a decade and is raising three children alongside a busy family life. A jiu-jitsu practitioner and Nevada National Guardsmen, Evan thrives on discipline, resilience, and showing up fully—values he brings to both his personal and professional.
