On the 29th of June, join the amazing Macy for a heartwarming 45-minute class designed to help you reconnect with your body, bond with your baby, and share a little joy in movement.🫶 Mommy + Baby Tone & Flow combines light strength training and playful, baby-friendly exercises with a gentle yoga flow to stretch, soothe, and restore & connect with other mommas!
We’ll start with a friendly, low-impact workout to tone your arms, core, and glutes—using bodyweight or your baby as resistance. Expect baby-safe movements, options for carriers or mat time. The final portion of class eases into a grounding yoga sequence to help release tension and bring calm to your day.
This class is perfect for postpartum mamas (once cleared by your provider) looking to rebuild strength, enjoy connection, and move at a pace that honors your healing body—with your little one right alongside you.✨🤩
What to Bring: blanket, any small toys for baby, and a baby carrier if desired.
