Some cases are a little more difficult but treatment plan right and the surgery goes easily. Here we previously extracted the tooth and bone grafted. Today, in office, we completed minor alveoloplasty to gain adequate width for implant placement. Interproximal bone was preserved to allow for appropriate gingival contour and better emergence profile upon restoration. The implant was placed and the site was closed. Right down the middle!
