Sound. Sauna. Soak.💫
Me and 5 other sweet friends enjoyed each others company and conversation at last nights event. From laughing in the sauna, to breathing techniques in the cold plunges, to sharing meditative states during our sound healing. I loved having each and every one of you there to enjoy our first session here🫶🏼 And shout out to my friend who ended our sound healing with the absolute perfect back cracking moment. That was everythinnngg😂😭 love love love love love okay have a good weekend bye

It’s about time to reintroduce myself to the new faces who have joined ☮️

My name is Lexi and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor here in Reno/North Lake Tahoe to many many amazing souls.✨ I’ve been in this career for 6, going on 7 years now and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. (Thanks mom and dad for always encouraging me to pursue this trade. I wouldn’t be here without my families constant support.)🩷

I was born and raised in these mountains.🏔️ I have a chocolate lab named Spencer who is turning 3 in January!🐾 He has been around many of my clients since he was just a puppy.❤️ If I’m not holding space in session, I’m probably out swimming in lakes, rivers and hot springs. I loveeee a slow yoga flow and enjoying a cup of hot tea after. I think every night should mandatorily end with dessert and going to bed early. I’m a morning person so you can guarentee I’m up with the sun everyday.🌞 My favorite colors are shades of greens and burnt oranges. I also provide sound healing and yomassage which have been great tools at helping me not burn out in my massage career.🙏🏻 I am a Pisces who’s in the midst of her 26th year. I cover my house in crystals, always have sage/incense burning and lavender/lemon/coconut are my favorite essential oils.🍋

This is just a small introduction of, me.🥰 If I seem like your type of service provider, I’d love nothing more than to have you on the table one day soon. For those of you who already knew of all of this about me, there’s a reason you’re in my life. You are part of my story, and I’m so forever grateful to be writing it with you.🥹

Join Lexi with Live In Peace Wellness for a rejuvenating evening of self-care at REJUUV-N — an uplifting experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.💫
You have the option to start your evening with 60 minutes (6:00 PM - 7:00
PM) of contrast therapy with our traditional sauna and cold plunges. Afterward, Lexi will guide a 45-minute sound bowl healing session (7:00 PM - 7:45 PM). Once the sound healing concludes, you’re welcome to continue using the amenities until 9:00 PM.

Cost: $60 per person
When: August 15th • 6-9PM
Where: REJUUV-N @ 1155 West 4th Street Suite 211, Reno NV 89503
Bring: Comfy clothes, water bottle, 1-2 large towels, a yoga mat and anything you need to lie down comfortably.🫶🏼

I will be at the this weekend!🥰 Thanks for including me in your Rebel Wellness Spa 🤍 This Friday I will be offering massage at this beautiful yoga festival, located in The Village at Palisades. The rest of my weekend is up to the wind, but you can catch me running around the mountain or taking a dip in Donner!🧚‍♀️ If you’re planning on attending, let me know.🥰 I’d love to make some new friends and hug familiar faces. ✨HOUSE OF RA✨
The dreamiest of spaces. Feeling so grateful that our first of many YoMassage classes has sold out.💛 YoMassage will be held in this gorgeous studio the first Saturday of every month. Group sound healings will be offered every other Wednesday starting March 12.💫 You can also enjoy the yummiest off warm drinks and a gorgeous space to lounge, collaborate and relax. I’m so excited to announce new classes and a new location to my schedule!🥰💫🧘🏾‍♀️
I am officially part of the .reno team!💛 You can enjoy both Sound Healing and YoMassage with me at this stunning spiritual space!😍 RA has created the dreamiest studio to host your practice, in addition to an gorgeouslounge with the yummiest drinks.

I will be holding YoMassage the first Saturday of each month and offering Sound Healing every other Wednesday night!🥳 I’m soooooo happy to be given the opportunity to hold space for our Reno community. This building holds such amazing energy, I’ll never forget the way my soul was vibrating after experiencing this space.
