Starting October 1, Sacred Wellness will be welcoming Serena Wertz to our Sanctuary on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays! Which means we will officially be open 7 days a week!! Serena is an incredible massage therapist and we can't wait to welcome her.

Here's a note from Serena:

"Hi, I’m Serena. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for nearly a decade, and I love guiding others toward peace, renewal, and healing. Every session is designed just for you, blending techniques to release tension and bring balance—so you leave with your body at ease and your spirit shining like the stars."

Did you know dry brushing has been around for centuries? It's rooted in ancient Ayurvedic, Egyptian, Roman, and Greek practices and has amazing benefits for the skin. It boosts circulation, stimulates lymph flow, and awakens the skin.

I start many of my sessions with this ritual to prepare the skin to receive. Because nothing is done for show-its all about healing. The best part? You get to take the brush home afterwards to continue the ritual at home.
