Whether it is after a morning of surfing or a garage workout, this sauna will be ready to perform every time.

When we designed The Hot Box, our focus was on accessibility. We all know the health data circulating on podcasts and social media, but that means nothing if you cannot stay consistent. We wanted a daily driver that is ready at the drop of a hat and placed in your space where you could never forget about it. Larger saunas take time and effort to preheat and maintain, which can discourage daily use. The more maintenance and resistance something creates, the less likely you are to use it.

With The Hot Box, you can schedule it to turn on every day for two hours so it is preheated and ready for you without excuses.

Big saunas require you to serve them. Your sauna should serve you.

It's funny, our saunas seem to cause 2 opposing reactions. It's either a hard no (super intimidating) or "this is exactly what I've been looking for!"

When we first set out to design our compact hybrid sauna, it had never been done before. The main challenge was focusing on performance and allowing the design and functionally to catch up through R&D and solid customer feedback.

Reaching 220°F on a standard household outlet was the primary focus. We wanted our flagship to be tailored to a person up to 6'3" without extra unnecessary space (heat loss). Just enough room to have your legs straight or cross legged in the yogi position.

We wanted to break two records, preheat time and assembly time. Check! Next we wanted a door that did not take up extra space to open. Check. We wanted it low profile to keep the heat where it should be opposed to losing it all in the ceiling. Done. We wanted the top three therapy methods: traditional sauna temperatures, red light therapy and infrared therapy. Check check.

Once we had the performance and functionality dialed, we obsessed over building it like a tank while maintaining its elegance. This process consisted of countless sleepless nights, numerous wood profiles, hundreds of CNC files and a few trips to Amish country for some generational experience. It's funny, simplicity in a design can often be the most complex😅.

Although several who have tried to copy our style, we know for a fact that it is impossible to match our level of sick obsession.

Shou Sugi Ban Sauna Space Ship. Say that 3 times fast!

We love torching cedar! There's something incredibly primal about using a modern flamethrower to char wood.

Sparking the torch, dialing it in, hearing the crackle and smelling the sap seal the grain together🤌🏻

I guess we could use a synthetic stain to make things x10 faster and cheaper but we're psychotic. We love doing things the hard way!

After we finish a SSB sauna, we step back and embrace the beauty! There's a feeling of pride for preserving this ancient Japanese finish that you can't get from a paint or stain. The cherry on top is a layer of MCT coconut oil👌🏻

Every time you preheat your sauna it smells like a freshly baked cookie!

What sets us apart from other saunas? Lots of love and attention to the beautiful little details.

Each time you step into one of our saunas it's like stepping through the wardrobe into Narnia. You're immediately surrounded by beautiful craftsmanship, warmth and light.

Because our saunas are smaller, we are able to dedicate more time to the finish. This makes it less of a shed in your back yard and more of an elegant piece of furniture.

No matter where you have it parked, as soon as you step in you're unplugged from the world in your very own cedar sanctuary.
