I love talking about nutrition, but especially during pregnancy. Not mentioned in this video, we are seeing a lot of issues come up in pregnancy related to magnesium deficiency, and this video is about vitamin K deficiency. Factory farming is destroying the soil we grow our food in. The food being grown now has far less nutrients than it use to. Until we can all live in permaculture food forests, like the Natives of this land did, we must supplement and purchase food intentionally.

We often call it an "estimated due date" or EDD because we don't know the exact day of conception, unless you used IVF, etc. But we can make a good estimate of when you ovulated, if you had regular menstruation before getting pregnant. However, many people have irregular menstruation, which means our due dates could be off by a week or two. Check out this article for more in-depth information on due dates to better understand when your baby should be coming, and if intervention is necessary if they're not "on time"
