I absolutely love mushrooms, but this right here blew me out of the water on flavor!‼️
Large mushrooms cut in half, sautéed in butter with salt and pepper
Once softened I loaded on a handful of three cheese blend, bacon and green onions! Let it simmer for a few mins.
It made the most buttery, creamy, bowl of yummmm ever!!
Slid it into a bowl so it would stay pretty!😎

Nutty Chocolate Delight
Ingredients
2 cups of Almond Flour
1 stick of melted butter
2 cups of chopped pecans
8 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup of artificial sweetner
16 ounces of cool whip
large box of sugar free chocolate pudding or two small boxes
3 cups of sf Almond milk
Instructions
Melt the stick of butter.
Mix the melted stick of butter in the 2 cups of Almond Flour and 1 cup of pecans finely chopped.
Reserve the other cup of pecans for the topping.
Stir into a paste.
Flatten out on the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×13 dish.
Your crust will be thicker if you use an 8×8 casserole dish.
Cook at 325 for 25 minutes.
While your crust is cooking, mix 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of artificial sweetener, and 8 ounces of whipped topping with a Ninja mixer or hand mixer. Refrigerate.
Mix sugarfree chocolate pudding with 3 cups of sugarfree Almond milk. Refrigerate.
After your crust is done and has cooled for 10 to 15 minutes, add your cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Next, add your chocolate pudding over the cream cheese mixture.
Last, top with the final 8 ounces of cool whip.
Top by sprinkling the remainder of the pecans over the whipped topping.
This is a recipe of my mother's that I modified to make low carb and I do not have nutritional values on it.

Tender and Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites 😋
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 pounds of steak, I used beef tenderloin, cut into bite size pieces
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• ¼ cup butter
• ¼ cup white wine
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the steak of your choice into bite-size pieces. I used beef tenderloin, but you can use NY Strip or Ribeye if you’d like. Sprinkle the steak with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium high. Add in the olive oil, then sear all sides of the steak. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan, otherwise the steak will steam, rather than sear.
Once the steak is seared and reaches your desired temperature when checked with a meat thermometer (I prefer 125F), remove and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet, and cook for just about 10 seconds, careful not to let it brown. Then pour in the white wine (or beef broth), to deglaze the pan. Allow ⅓ of the wine to evaporate as you’re scraping up the brown bits of flavor.
Add in the butter and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the steak back in and toss in the butter. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Store leftovers in the fridge for a few days or freeze in an airtight container.

CROCK POT LOW-CARB 🌮 SOUP

Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork beef or sausage
2, 8- ounce packages of cream cheese
2, 10- ounce cans of Rotel
2 Tablespoons of taco seasonings
4 cups of chicken broth
1-2 tablespoons of Cilantro - fresh or dried optional
1/2 cup shredded cheese for garnish optional
Instructions
Brown ground meat till fully cooked.
While meat is browning, place cream cheese, Rotel, and taco seasoning into crock pot.
Drain any grease off of meat and put meat in the crock pot. Stir to combine with cheese and Rotel.
Pour chicken broth over meat and cheese.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Before serving stir in cilantro.
Garnish with shredded cheese.

Best waffles I’ve ever had! Made them in bulk. Freeze and then toast them whenever I want.
1 egg
1tbsp almond flour
1tbsp mayo
1/8tsp baking powder
1tsp warm water
I have a Mini Dash Waffle Maker, this recipe makes 2 waffles.
I made a batch, I multiplied the recipe by 8.
It took a couple tries to figure out the right amount of batter and time.
I did just a little less than 1/4 cup of batter and exactly 6 minutes made it come out perfectly!
