Welcome, Welness Month! August is National Wellness Month, and at STEP2, we believe wellness goes far beyond physical health.

For women in recovery, wellness means:
🌿 Safe housing
🧠 Mental health support
🤱 Connection with children
💜 Belief in yourself again

This month, we’re celebrating every small step toward healing — whether it’s attending a therapy group, taking a deep breath, or simply getting out of bed and trying again.

Because recovery IS wellness.
And wellness IS possible.

From middle-of-the-night emergencies to weekend fixes on his day off, Rob shows up ready to help, literally day or night. His tireless dedication, heart, sense of humor, and adorable furry sidekick make STEP2 a better place every single day.

🌟 We couldn’t be beaming any brighter with this joyful news! One of our incredible mamas in recovery just gave birth to a healthy, substance-free baby — and both are doing well 💛

This marks the 5th baby born into the STEP2 program this year, and moments like these remind us exactly why we do what we do: to help build brighter futures for the next generation. 👶✨
