✨ New Year Reflections & Intentions ✨
Every year, I like to take time to reflect on the past year and acknowledge both personal and professional growth.
First and foremost—thank you to all of my incredible clients. Your trust, support, and referrals have helped my small business grow and allowed me to continue evolving as a provider. I’m deeply grateful for my space, my community, and everyone who has helped me get to where I am today.
On a personal note, I’m especially thankful for the time I spent with family and friends this year. I even made it on two vacations—two more than previous years, which feels like a big win for balance. 🤍
Each year, I listen to a Tony Robbins podcast and create a structured goal-setting outline. This year, I set 9 goals:
• 3 financial goals
• 3 “things” goals
• 3 personal development goals
When I set goals, I focus on taking small steps daily toward each one—even if the step feels uncomfortable. Today’s step toward a financial goal is this post. 😅 I’ll be honest: I’m not great at social media content, but being more present here is part of my growth.
That said, I know I can’t do everything on my own. Some of my asks for this year:
• Help with advertising and marketing (ideally a one-stop, affordable option)
• Guidance on investing and financial planning for the future
If this is what you do—or you know someone who does—please DM me. I’d love to connect, learn, and collaborate.
Let’s support each other in reaching our goals. I’d also love to hear what you’re working toward this year.
✨ What’s coming in 2026:
I’m excited to be rolling out new services, starting with Hormone Replacement Therapy and comprehensive health evaluations, including personalized supplement recommendations to help you feel your best.
Here’s to growth, collaboration, and feeling our best—together. 🥂✨
