Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
• 8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
• 8 slices deli-style turkey breast
• 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crispy
• 1 ripe avocado, sliced
• 1 tomato, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons ranch dressing or Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Optional: red onion slices, shredded carrots, or sliced cucumbers
Directions:
1 Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly. Set aside.
2 Lay each lettuce leaf flat and layer with a slice of turkey breast.
3 Top with half a slice of crispy turkey bacon, 2–3 slices of avocado, and a slice of tomato.
4 Add a light drizzle of ranch dressing or a swipe of Dijon mustard.
5 Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
6 Roll the lettuce leaf gently into a wrap or fold taco-style.
7 Secure with a toothpick if needed, and serve immediately.
