A modulated series of bodywork designed to initiate the process of self-healing and create momentum toward a faster recovery. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery, looking to improve joint function and mobility, get rid of those pesky trigger points, increase lymph circulation, or maybe just ready for a full body tune-up, this is the way to go.

The series will consist of 3 to 5 modules, and each module is a detailed-oriented 45 min session on one or more area of the body; i.e. feet and legs, hips and abdomen, head, neck and face, back, etc.
