Just a sister in Christ making wholesome, top quality products from God's beautiful creation to help support you, your family, and your home. Hey there!
Thank you all for your continued support over the years, I truly appreciate you! Allow me to introduce myself for a bit. My name is Stacey! My little family resides in the beautiful city of Sparks, Nevada. I have a hardworking and amazing provider of a husband, we have one son whom I stay at home with and homeschool, and we have a goofy German Shepherd companion named Chapo. In my past, I went to
school and completed my Diploma in Aromatherapy and am one semester away from completing my Diploma to become Holistic Health Practitioner, but the school I went to started promoting things against my beliefs and faith, so I put that on hold to dedicate my time to focus on my son's homeschooling and urban homesteading, which has become a lot more wholesome and beneficial to my family! If you have been "following" this page since it's fruition, you may have noticed the deletion of the many New Age practices in the recent years. This page was founded on New Age beliefs, but I am happy to say that God found me via His Word (the Bible) in 2021 and I have found faith in Him and only Him! I hope to glorify God in all I do and to share His Word. I am always open to fellowship over a cup of coffee in my home. I do hope you enjoy the fruit of my labor. I strive to make wholesome products as clean as possible for you and your family using ingredients from God's beautiful creation. Please always feel free to contact me with any questions or if you need support with anything. I would be happy to assist you! You can text or call me at: 775-800-3364 or feel free to send an email at: nativerootsapothecary@gmail.com
Thank you for being here and many blessings to you! Your sister in Christ,
Stacey Abner

Whipped Beef Tallow! ๐ฎ
Beef tallow is amazing for our health, in this case, our skin. Tallow contains vitamins A, D, E, and K which can be absorbed through our skin to help stimulate collagen production and cell renewal. It contains omega-3 fatty acids that help retain moisture in the skin. Tallow is also high in antioxidants and is also an anti-inflammatory.
This tallow is sourced from a nearby ranch that takes great care of their grassfed cows, good enough that I also buy their meat to nourish my family's bodies. ๐
I like to use this tallow on all over my skin! It is very moisturizing! Helps nourish dry skin (feet, lips, arms, legs, anywhere!). I was using it on my face on a daily basis, but the skin on my face is super sensitive and *very* prone to breakouts, so I scaled back to using it a few times a week on my face.
The only ingredient is grassfed beef tallow (rendered from suet sourced from Bradley & Son Grassfed Beef by yours truly) that was whipped.
As it's only made with tallow, and me not doing anything extra or fancy to this, it does have a beef aroma similar to bacon. I mean, this is made by rendering beef fat, soooo. ๐ This soaks in rather quickly into the skin, and once it's soaked in, the aroma diminishes, so please don't worry about walking around smelling like bacon. ๐ฅ
I have two sizes available; four ounce jars for $15 and I only have two- eight ounce jars left that are $25 each.
*Shipping will be available very soon; waiting for the weather to cool off so there's no chance of melting during transit.

Treat yourself with a Linen & Rice Heating Pad! ๐โโ๏ธ
I used top quality linen fabric to sew the pad and added organic rice inside.
You can simply heat up the pad in the microwave 60 seconds and if you want more heat, add in 30 second intervals in microwave (just keep an eye as you don't want to burn the rice by heating too long in the microwave). And carefully place the heating pad on body where pain relief is needed. These hold heat quite well, time wise, too!
This can also be used as a cooling pad by placing in the freezer.
And as an eye pillow!
These are much more *durable* than the heating pads I made with cotton flannel. โบ๏ธ
I like to use this heating pad on my neck after a few sprays of magnesium oil on my neck. Nice, simple relaxation!
These Linen & Rice Heating Pads are $13 (plus an added fee of $5 for shipping, if applicable).

I've been wanting to implement this for a while now, but with this crazy economy, I thought I'd share I'm so down to barter and trade goods. Just let me know what you have if you're interested in any of my goods.
I'm game to make you and your family bulk of any my handcrafted goods, as well, if we come to an agreement!
I'd also be willing to exchange teachings and lessons; for example, I can teach you how to make specific medicines for your family and you can teach me how to can food or any sort of homesteading/life skill.
I'd love to see a thriving community of people that do this sort of thing at some point.
I'm going to "pin" this post and if you have any goods or services you would want to share, feel free to! Or always feel free to message me.

After making soaps from scratch, I refer to melt and pour soaps as "cheater soaps". ๐คฃ I still enjoy to make soaps with melt and pour soap bases every now and then.
I did find a good source for a goat milk melt and pour soap base. If you don't know, melt and pour soaps are literally what their name is; and big, premade soap base that you gently heat up to melt, and you pour it into your soap mold.
The only issue I have with these is they contain more ingredients than I'd like, but they are still way more healthier than the soaps you can find at a conventional store made by big corporations and questionable ingredients.
I have intentions of making soaps from scratch with local goat milk, but am having a hard time with sourcing goat milk locally, if anyone has any intel, message me!
These bars come in various sizes. Some bars are plain goat milk soap bars, and other have goat milk with added organic oats mixed in.
The bigger, plain goat milk bars are $6 and all of the goat milk and oats soaps are $4. Shipping will be an added $4. ๐

Magnesium Oil Sprays!
Magnesium is an electrolyte that is used in almost all the cells in our bodies...and almost *all* of us tend to be deficient in magnesium due to our diets.
Magnesium oil in a spray bottle is a great, simple way to remedy this deficiency.
Magnesium oil helps with muscle relaxation, helps improve sleep, helps reduce anxiety, helps boost energy, helps improve bone health, helps improve blood pressure, helps hormonal balance, helps with inflammation.
My husband uses this three times or more, everyday. I make a nice stockpile to keep up with his usage. ๐ He uses this as a deodorant, which I have yet to try out on myself. I like to use this spray before bedtime, I'll also spray on my neck for neck aches or headaches and lower back for backaches and general usage. I typically do 5-8 sprays per use.
You may or may not experience a stinging and tingling sensation upon using this as that's a sign of deficiency, but as you become sufficient, that sensation will go away. I don't recommend spraying magnesium oil on kids anywhere but their feet.
These four ounce magnesium oil sprays are $12 each and I can ship for an added fee of $5.

Coconut Oil and Aloe Vera Soaps.
These are a fan favorite amongst my husband's co-workers. ๐
This soap was also a soap making experiment a few years ago when I first dove into making soaps from scratch.
Coconut oil contains medium-chain fatty acids, has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and anti-fungal properties. Aloe vera helps reduce skin inflammation and stimulate skin growth and repair (as we use it for sunburns), it also also hydrating.
Three simple ingredients; organic coconut oil, lye, and organic aloe vera.
This soap is very sudsy! ๐งผ
These coconut oil and aloe vera soaps are $7.50 each and I can ship for an added fee of $4.

Beef Tallow Soaps!
This was a total soap making experiment as I rendered tallow for the first time recently and I'm happy to say this experiment came out successful and just lovely!
This soap has only three ingredients; grassfed beef tallow, lye, and purified water.
This soap is inspired by old times when families were very resourceful and tended to make soaps from animal fats.
Don't expect this soap to have tons of suds, but it sure does clean and nourish the skin just dandy. ๐งผ
These tallow soaps are $7.50 each and I can ship these out for an added fee of $4.

Fresh Elderflower Salves!
I wildharvested these elderflowers a few months ago in Verdi, Nevada and infused the elderflowers in extra virgin olive oil.
These salves are made with only three ingredients; wildharvested elderflowers, extra virgin olive oil, and local/raw beeswax.
Elderflowers are good in promoting healthy skin healing as they are high in antioxidants and also have anti-inflammatory properties.
I personally like to use this salve this time of year when hand washing is more prominent and I tend to have some dry skin spots on my hands.
Elderflower salves are $12 each and I can definitely ship these out for an extra fee of $4. ๐

I will be doing a product drop today, just need to finish up making labels. ๐
Made some fresh, elderberry syrup (made with the latest wild harvest of elderberries and rosehips) and I do have an eight ounce jar available if anyone would like to purchase it. ๐

First attempt at rendering tallow from suet; great success! ๐ฎ๐
I have been buying local, grass fed beef at the farmer's market in Truckee and I was able to get suet from them this past week.
This first harvest of rendering tallow yielded nine jars of tallow for cooking and 16 jars of whipped tallow for skincare.
If anyone is interested in buying whipped tallow, let me know! $15 for a four ounce jar.
These are simple, just straight up tallow, nothing else! Tallow is full of natural fats, minerals, and vitamins; very nourishing on the skin.
*I'd prefer not to ship these as I don't want them to melt during shipment, so my apologies for that!

We had a successful first harvest of elderberries and elderflowers the other evening, just in time as my son got the sniffles.
My son and I made our first batch of elderberry syrup this morning. It came out superb!
We like the taste of elderberry syrup made with local, wild berries better than elderberry syrup made with berries sourced elsewhere (which it still tastes great, but the fresh, local berries are top notch!).
I'm drying out the elderflowers so I can make some elderflower salves and lip balms. ๐
We are going to harvest more berries in the coming weeks, if we have extra to share (as I like to keep a personal supply for my little fam) I will definitley sell small batches.
I do have two small jars available right now. They are four ounce jars and are $10 each. ๐

After having a mind-opening experience in nature, I made it a mission to live a more natural, eco-friendly, and sustainable lifestyle. Eight years later, I still find myself to be in this process! I know how chaotic the transition can be to live a more natural lifestyle, I am happy to help the beginner or to gain knowledge from the natural living veteran.
My hobby of creating holistic skin care, health and wellness products straight from nature to provide support to others has turned into my absolute passion and, now, career. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of hours researching and studying; human anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, pathology, aromatherapy, herbal medicine, flower essences, iridology, and homeopathy.
The connection with humans and nature has seemed to dissipate over the years and I would love to see the connection become strong again at this day and age!
I am more than happy to work with you if you have any sort of ailments or problems you may be experiencing. I view the body as a whole (body, mind, and soul) and heal in that manner using the medicine from Mother Earth.
I pour so much love, positive and healing intentions into all of my orders, from the time I receive the order, to creating the products, to shipping them off to their new homes. Personalized products are freshly made, while my โbest-sellersโ are handcrafted in very small batches to ensure freshness.
Accrediting Higher Education Accomplishments: I have completed my Aromatherapy Certification through The American College of Healthcare Sciences, so I am now a Certified Aromatherapist that is recognized by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.
I have been continuing my education at The American College of Healthcare Sciences towards obtaining the: Diploma in Holistic Health Practice, Certificate in Iridology Consulting, and Certificate in Homeopathy Consulting.
Metaphysically and Spiritually speaking; I am a Certified Crystal Healer that is recognized as a Silver Member of the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists. I am a Chromotherapist (Color Light Therapist). I am Level 1 Reiki Certified. And I also like to do Oracle and Tarot Card Readings. With all of my energy-based modalities, I approach them with nothing but positive and healing intent!
My goal is to open a holistic wellness center in the next few years or to get an office space with already established folks who share similar viewpoints. I appreciate all the support I have been getting from my family, friends, clients, and customers! Yโall are the absolute best!
If anyone on a professional level would like to connect with me, network, or even work with me, please donโt hesitate to contact me. We can get together and accomplish great things!
