This monthly gathering is a deeply nourishing ritual, created to gently align your body, energy, and nervous system with the subtle inward pull of the New Moon.

Each class is guided by the New Moon through the lens of Vedic astrology, offering a unique energetic theme that shifts with the lunar cycle. We begin with unhurried, mindful movement — soft, steady poses woven with awareness of Marma points, the body’s subtle energy gateways. Through this quiet attention, tension begins to dissolve, stagnation softens, and balanced prana is invited to flow.

The practice gradually settles into a spacious 45-minute Marma Nidra, where rest becomes the medicine. In this deeply supported relaxation, New Moon intentions are gently planted beneath the surface of the mind — allowing clarity, renewal, and subtle transformation to unfold naturally.

This experience is especially supportive if you are longing for:

a monthly ritual of grounding and replenishment
deep nervous system restoration
connection to natural rhythms and inner cycles
a reset that feels both gentle and profound
