Actively engage with content you enjoy instead of content designed to trigger your emotions.

When many people think of PTSD, they picture veterans returning from combat. While military service is one way PTSD can develop, it’s not the only one. Nurses, first responders, police officers, and countless others face intense, life-altering events in their line of work that can lead to PTSD.

But it’s not just about professional exposure. Everyday people can experience PTSD from traumatic events like car accidents, natural disasters, abusive relationships, or other traumatic events. Trauma doesn’t discriminate. It affects anyone who has endured overwhelming situations.

We're looking for a new Therapist to join our team!

Zephyr Wellness is a locally owned and family-oriented company that offers a relaxed working environment, supportive culture, terrific benefits, strong boundaries, and lots of time off!

Therapist
Job Requirement: Licensed to practice in the state of Nevada as a Marriage and Family Therapist (or intern), Clinical Professional Counselor (or intern), or Clinical Social Worker (or intern).

Job Type: Full-time, 35 scheduled patient hours per week. Nothing extra.

The salary is $53,500 for interns and $60,000 for independently licensed clinicians. This is a true salary, paid the same amount biweekly, all year long, regardless of breaks or PTO. Salary is triggered after achieving a full-time caseload, which usually takes four to six weeks to achieve.

Work Location: In person, with some opportunities to do community-based and/or school-based counseling, presentations, or other teaching and instruction.

Matching 401k (employer-matched at 4% after one year and 1000 hours)

Closed on all federal holidays

Ongoing in-house continuing education opportunities

CEU reimbursement

Employer-paid license renewal (non-interns)

Ongoing clinical supervision
