Happy Forever Friend Friday!!

A date! I got to go on a date! I went to the marina and got a pup patty from In-n-Out. It was a great day. I loved meeting people and was more focused on the smells than the other animals. My date said I was good, very sweet and a great investigator with my amazing sniffing. Sigh! I wish every day was a date. Can you help me out with this?

Starting April 1st, we’re excited to introduce Premium Mat Placement, a new membership add-on that allows students to reserve their exact favorite spot in class ahead of time.
Whether you’re a front corner loyalist, by the door regular, or always claim the back corner, your spot can now officially be yours.
Premium Mat Placement will be available as a $19.99/month add-on and can be selected in the app when booking your class.
Spots are limited and available on a first come, first served basis 👀

Need to cancel your class reservation? We got you ✨

Just follow these quick steps in the app:
• Tap the Home button
• Find the class you’re reserved for
• Click on the class
• Press Cancel Reservation

Starting April 1st, all fitness classes will have a late cancel / no-show fee if you cancel within 3 hours of class start time. This applies to Hot Pilates, LIIFTED, HOTBOXX, Hot Buti Yoga, and Sweat Cycle.

For waitlists, especially for early morning classes, no one will be moved off the waitlist and into class unless we receive a verbal confirmation over the phone for that spot.

If you are on the waitlist, you will not be charged, and your credits can still be used for a future class. The fee only applies if your spot is confirmed and you do not attend.

We just want to make sure everyone has clear information as these updates go into effect and that spots can open up fairly for others

Through their programs, they provide support for everyday needs that can truly change someone’s life, things like safe housing, medical care, transportation, and tools for education and creativity.
From helping someone furnish their first apartment, to restoring confidence through dental care, to providing resources that allow individuals to work, create, and continue school, every contribution goes directly toward building independence, stability, and opportunity.
