The VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) VA Health Connect Clinical Contact Center serving Veterans in Northern and Central California, Nevada, and Hawaii is currently experiencing issues with our phone system. This disruption impacts callers attempting to reach the Clinical Contact Center for primary care scheduling, outpatient pharmacy, and nursing triage needs. Technicians are working to restore the phone lines and resume service as quickly as possible. In the meantime:

Pharmacy Health chat and MyHealtheVet secure message remain operational.

For local primary care scheduling assistance, Veteran may use MyHealtheVet for online primary care scheduling through VA Online Scheduling or secure message their provider.
