SNA will be hosting a social-gathering event at the Fleischmann Agriculture Quad (the grassy area behind the Fleischmann buildings). This place is reserved next Thursday, April 28, from 4-5ish. We will be planting veggie seeds for free and will be selling pre-grown veggie plants for $5.

Volunteer Opportunity: SNA will be visiting Grace Warner Elementary School on April 1st at 1:30PM to teach a kindergarten class about nutrition! We need two more volunteers/spots to fill by this Friday! If you are interested, please email our Vice President, Serrena at szanotto@nevada.unr.edu so we can get your ID and volunteer form filled out!

This special week focuses on celebrating self-love/self-care through a variety of events while encouraging students to seek out helpful resources along the way. Throughout the week SNA will be handing out informational pamphlets that contain helpful resources for nutritional counseling, consultations, and general nutrition information that students can utilize in their self-care journey.

We'll be holding a brief brainstorming session on Monday, February 28th @ 12 PM over Zoom and we'd love for you to participate in creating this helpful resource. We'll include a handful of ideas/resources on the brochure itself, so feel free to drop by and share your thoughts on how we can support our fellow students!
