A sense of CommUNITY ✨

This week, yogapodreno hosted a 90 minute Bikram style yoga class led by our very own Board President, Sarah Hartzell (left)

Our executive director (center) joined 25 various other devoted community members to come together, move their bodies, and donate $656.00 to the NAMI NNV mission to end the stigma.

In the space, these individuals showed up for themselves, their loved ones, and those they’ve never met; all to ensure that access to mental health support is made possible.

Thank you to the team at YogaPod Reno for opening your space and hearts to NAMI.

Our organization is proud to be attending Urology Nevada’s 5K for Prostate Cancer! We’ll be there cheering on racers and providing information about mental health. We’ll also be promoting NAMIWalks Northern Nevada 5K!

🏃‍♂️ Last-minute runners, we’ve got you!

Day-of registration for the 5K opens at 8 AM this Saturday at Idlewild Park. All proceeds support early detection, local patients, and life-saving care for Prostate Cancer. Registration includes a race shirt, goodie bag, and post-race beer for 21+. 🍻 See you at the starting line!
