With sadness in my heart, I've decided this current winter session will by my final one as Center Director of Music Together Biggest Little City.

Thank you to all the families who’ve been part of this program — it’s been a joy making music with you and your little ones.

As I move into my next chapter, I’m hopeful this program can continue serving Reno families. If you know a music educator or early childhood professional who might be interested in carrying it forward, feel free to send them my way.

Due to lower enrollments, I have decided to condense all the classes into an 11AM Wednesday class at OUR CENTER RENO, 1745 S Wells Ave, Reno, NV 89502! Classes haven't started yet, so it's not too late to enroll! Sign up at the link in bio!

Mr. James is sick, so unfortunately class is canceled this week. A make up class will be offered at the very end of the session (so there will now be an extra week at the very end). Sorry for the confusion, see you all next week!

WINTER REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! You can register for classes at the link in the bio or at www.musictogetherblc.com.

Classes will be held Wednesday OR Thursday at three new locations! We are also piloting a "Move and Groove" Music Together BLC and Tumbles collaboration on Wednesday mornings at 11AM; start the class with some music and finish it with some gym/play time!

Come on out on December 3 to UNR's family literacy night! Music Together BLC will be doing a special demo class/performance at 6PM, and we will also have a booth for you to find out more information about us.

Music and literacy go hand in hand—when children sing, move, and play music, they’re building the same neural pathways that support language, early reading skills, and confident self-expression. 📖🎵

It's not too late to sign up for the Fall Session! Choose from a morning or evening class every Thursday OR a morning class on Saturdays, starting August 14. More info in the link in the bio!

In the Flute Song Collection, we'll get out our instruments and play along to the jazzy original "Blue St. Pat," search the "Pawpaw Patch," and climb aboard the "Train to the City." And those are only three of the twenty-five songs you'll learn, which include Music Together originals and traditional songs. In addition to your weekly classes, your tuition includes recordings and materials for you to use at home, including an illustrated songbook and access to the songs through the Music Together app.
