Meet Scottie! 🌸 She is a 16 week old German Shorthaired Pointer. Sweet Scottie took a tumble out of the car and broke her leg! The type of fracture Scottie had is called a long oblique diaphyseal fracture which means she had a diagonal break in her tibia. ❤️‍🩹 Dr. Catterson fixed her sad leg with a In and cerclage wire. Scottie is 1 week post-op from her surgery and is getting back to being her crazy puppy self. 💓💓 Yay Scottie!

We had a bandage lab after hours yesterday to teach the staff more about soft bandages, splints, casts and speciality bandaging.

We had a relay race to test their skills and it’s safe to say our staff places excellent bandages!

We ended the night with some friendly competiton in a round of jeopardy to test their knowledge retention. Both teams did GREAT!
