I invite you to attend a very much needed 60 minutes class in todays go.. go.. go.. times

Beginning Monday, April, 1st … I will be facilitating Midday Monday’s
~ Relax & Unwind Classes ~

What you’ll experience in the 60 minutes
Relax & Unwind Class…

You’ll walk into a calming ambiance (soothing music ) essential oil aroma and a very safe place to regenerate.
Practice simple grounding techniques
Becoming aware of where you’re holding tension ( including your facial muscles)
Easy movements that release tension from your face & body
How to turn down the volume of a chattering mind at night
Understanding the power behind short & easy breath work
Closing with a mini guided meditation.
