Niesha is a doula in training through DONA International with a goal of completing her certification in the beginning of 2018. After establishing herself as a doula, Niesha plans on becoming a childbirth educator and eventually a midwife. While pregnant with her first child Niesha began her research on natural childbirth. Soon after her own traumatic labor, she decided to become an advocate for fu
ture mothers to ensure they have the best experience possible during such a transformative time in their lives. She believes that women have an intuitive force allowing them to get through any birth, and she plans to help each woman realize this energy. The goal is to empower women to do what their bodies are naturally built to do by providing necessary information for her and her family to make the right decisions for themselves.
