Northern Nevada HOPES Welcome to Northern Nevada HOPES! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health center in Reno, NV, with locations at 580 West 5th St. and 1905 East 4th St.

in downtown Reno and the Corridor of Hope. Your health and wellness are our priority. Northern Nevada HOPES is dedicated to building a healthier community by providing coordinated care and support for individual and family wellness. Our community health center combines primary care, medical specialties, behavioral health and prevention with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to high-quality care.

We are so grateful to the incredible staff, families, and kiddos at Sunflower Preschool for donating brand-new coats, gloves, and hats for our pediatric patients at Northern Nevada HOPES.

🚨 Urgent: Protect Our Patients’ Access to Medications

The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is calling on pharmaceutical manufacturers and HRSA to exempt Community Health Centers from the upcoming 340B Rebate Model Pilot Program.

If implemented, this program could force CHCs to pay full drug costs, reduce medication options, and eliminate discounts—hurting the patients who rely on us most.
